Above is an existing cover which was in great shape but the clear windows had become brittle and discolored from improper use and storage (as shown on the right side). Rather than sell the owner a new cover, we opted to offer him replacement windows, thereby reducing his cost significantly and making him happy for years to come!! We can help you also provided the fabric is still in serviceable condition.

From start to finish, we do it the old fashioned way.
We hand pattern each cover first to evaluate the overall look and feel of what the product will look like. This is also where we can still modify and make changes as necessary.
After the fabric is cut and sewn, it is then hand fitted to the boat with "quick clips". All seams are at least double stitched and waterproofed for a long lasting and strong hold that won't At this stage we are now ready to cut the excess, reinforce areas that need it, and add bias tape to the perimeter. We also make sure to reinforce all cut out areas.
The final result, after we add the snaps, is a nice strong, but clean crisp cover with no wrinkles or low areas to pool water. We can add battens or tent poles if needed.
